• We value high quality care, and stable, reliable relationships with you and your pets. As a Van Island Pups pack member, we do our absolute best to ensure that your pet gets to see the same familiar and loving face each and every day!
• You will be assigned a dedicated walker/pet sitter as your pets primary care provider, as well as a secondary sitter that will be knowledgable in your pets care routine, if your primary care provider happens to be away or sick. This allows us to provide continuity in our services, so you’re never left scrambling or trying to figure out other options.
